Yes. When a customer accepts a quote, tap Generate Invoice and Zipflow creates a PDF invoice from the same quote data in one tap. No re-entering information. Send it via email or WhatsApp directly from the app. Invoice numbers are generated automatically.

Yes. Toggle VAT at 20% on or off for each quote. For VAT-registered businesses this adds the VAT amount as a separate line and updates the total automatically. Your VAT number is included on invoices for compliance.
